Returns & Exchange
GENERAL
Under the The Consumer Rights Act 2015, personalised items and custom-made items ('Custom Product') cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- If a Custom Product is hand delivered; once it has been handed to you, you are responsible for the product and we do not accept any liability for damage or deflation.
- If a Custom Product is delivered via Royal Mail or a courier service; you are responsible for the product once you receive it, we do not accept any liability for damage or deflation;
- If it is damaged or deflated upon receipt, you must contact us within 24 hours with photo evidence of the damaged packaged, we will then send a replacement.
- In some circumstances, at our discretion, we may offer a refund or replacement if the Custom Product has been damaged or deflated after you have received it, we may have to make a charge to cover additional costs.
- If you believe a Custom Product does not meet the original order specification, you must contact us with 24 hours of delivery.
CANCELLATION
- You can cancel a product order or service if you contact us at least 24 hours before the items is due to be shipped or installed.
- For balloon installations we may ask for a deposit prior to installation, all deposits are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
PRE-PACKAGED PRODUCTS
If you purchase a pre-packaged, un-customised product from us such as a sealed packet of un-inflated balloons you are entitled to a refund or exchange within 30 days starting from the date of purchase, providing the following conditions are met:
- The packet is unopened and in its original state
- You have your proof of purchase such as an order reference assigned by us
- If the product has been delivered to you via Royal Mail or a courier service, you are liable for the costs of returning the product to us
- If the product has been hand delivered by us or you have collected the product, you will need to return the product to us at your own cost
BALLOON GIFTS
- Balloon gifts are made to order and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- If you believe a balloon gift does not meet the original order specification, you must contact us within 24 hours and at our discretion we may offer a refund or suitable replacement.
- In some circumstances, at our discretion, we may offer a refund or replacement if a balloon gift has been damaged or deflated after you have received it, we may have to make a charge to cover additional costs.
EVENT INSTALLATIONS
- Balloon installations for events cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- You can cancellation a balloon installation if you contact us least 24 hours before the installation is due to be installed.
- For balloon installations we may ask for a deposit prior to installation, all deposits are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
WEDDING INSTALLATIONS
- Balloon installations for weddings cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- You can cancellation a wedding balloon installation if you contact us least 24 hours before the installation is due to be installed.
- For wedding balloon installations we may ask for a deposit prior to installation, all deposits are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
PARTY BALLOONS & INSTALLATIONS
- Balloon orders and / or installations for parties cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- If you believe a party balloon order does not meet the original order specification, you must contact us within 24 hours and at our discretion we may offer a refund or suitable replacement.
- You can cancellation a balloon installation if you contact us least 24 hours before the installation is due to be installed.
- For party balloon installations we may ask for a deposit prior to installation, all deposits are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
REFUNDS
- In the event a refund is due to you, the funds will be returned to you via the same method in which it was paid to us.
- Refunds will be processed within 48 hours.
